Price includes local delivery. When you subscribe, we will send instruction for receiving flowers, directions for care, and assign your delivery day. We deliver within 12 miles of Goode Farm (966 Goode Rd. Ballston Spa). If you need to postpone/pause a week we require 24 hours notice.
PICK UP: If you are out of our delivery zone and would like to make arrangements to pick up your flowers please send an inquiry before subscribing to make sure that our schedules and terms agree.
SHORTLY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, I WILL SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE (OR EMAIL) TO LET YOU KNOW THAT YOUR FLOWERS ARE READY WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP. FLOWER SELECTION IS GROWERS CHOICE. STEM QUANTITY DEPENDS ON VARIETY/CULTIVAR.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS EXPECTED THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR FLOWERS ON THE SAME DAY THAT YOUR ORER IS PLACED.
“PORCH PICK UP” IS UPDATED DAILY AFTER OUR SCHEDULED ORDERS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND EVENT FLOWERS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED. IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP YOUR FLOWERS TODAY, OR WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A DELIVERY, PLEASE SELECT FROM OUR OTHER RETAIL OFFERINGS TO ENSURE THAT YOUR FLOWERS ARE FRESH!

our process typically begins with a letter of inquiry from a planner or you may complete our intake form. When we receive your form we will reach out right away to schedule an initial call to discuss your day and answer any questions about how we work. Following our call, we will promptly provide an estimate Based on the information we collect during our meeting.
