In 2014, Robin Holland and Benjamin Bogin purchased Morning View Farm, some 20 acres of the old Armer homestead on Goode Road, just a few miles west of the Village of Ballston Spa. Recognized as the first certified organic farm in Saratoga County, the property continues to be cultivated, producing high quality, organic vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers. Specializing in heirlooms and rare varieties that showcase both flavor and beauty, the goal is to elevate fresh eating to celebratory status.
Comes to Goode Farm with a background in gardening, food service, interior design, fiber and domestic arts. She acts as owner and operator of the farm.
Is a professor and the current directer of the Asian Studies Program at Skidmore College, and is chief visionary and tractor driver at Goode Farm.
